Winter Rally Covasna 2019 Almost Ready to Start

Winter Rally Covasna 2019 will be held on February 1-3 in the same area as we have been accustomed to now, more precisely in the Covasna – Comandau area. Participating in the 12th edition of this event will be a few important names in the Romanian motorsport, as well as several models of cars that participated in WRC in previous years.

The Romanian Federation of Automotive Sports announced that this year’s edition will be monitored for inclusion in the CNR 2020 calendar.

Titi Gold will be present at the start after many years of no-snow break, he will run aboard a Skoda Fabia R5 with co-pilot Silviu Moraru, the same model that Dan Girtofan will compete in with his co-pilot Tudor Marza.

The winner of the previous edition, Antal Kovacs, will be present at the start of the stage with the Ford Fiesta R5, the same model used by Lencse Zoltan.
